According to a new Gallup poll, 72 percent of Americans now believe that the border is either a crisis or a major problem.

A two-year investigation, “Gotaways” was produced, directed, and written by Charlotte Cuthbertson, a senior border security correspondent for The Epoch Times. Charlotte moved to a small border county in Texas in 2021 and spent hundreds of hours with local law enforcement, as well as interviewing the sheriff, county attorney, EMS director, school superintendent, a former Border Patrol chief, and border ranchers to understand the impact and flow of the gotaways.
